How long does it take to get the results?

After the samples are taken, they are shipped overnight. The lab then takes 24
to 48 hours to produce the results, which are emailed to us, and in turn then to
you. Typically within 72 hours you have the results. If you have a special
circumstance, you may get the results within 24 hours for an additional fee.

Commercial, Industrial or Government reports are available ten business days
after the inspection period is complete.

Why should I get my property tested?

For your HEALTH! To determine if the levels of mold inside your are

at safe levels for you and your children; check the levels and types of
mold.

For your POCKET-BOOK! To protect one of your largest investments,

your home, from structural problems due to mold growth.

To check to see if you need remediation or not, and whether in all or

part of your home, to direct a remediator so you don't spend money on
something you don't need.

To confirm the remediation was done properly.

To protect yourself if you are buying or selling a property.

building syndrome" cases, and know your employees or tenants are
